After deep drop right at the beginning of the tenders key share indexes again showed forward dynamics.
During the tenders exchange indexes as if traced the latest news of a political life of the country. We remind that investors were under impression of results of congressional elections, and any news connected with this event at once found the ready response in the financial markets

So, after the message that henceforth the House of Representatives is under the control of Democrats key again tested some pressure.
However then after news that President Bush sent in resignation unpopular Minister of Defense Donald Ramsfeld, one of initiators of military campaign in Iraq, the stock market got a new positive impulse.
To the end of the tenders it was clear that Democrats prevailed in the Senate also that strengthened consumer moods among investors.
The knowledge of an alignment of forces in parliament allowed investors to determine benefit og owners of new political situation in the share market. And it, in turn, allowed, having revised portfolios, to join in a pursuit of leaders of the market.
So, for example, hoping that Democrats will revise interdictions on some kinds of researches connected with stem cells, investors shifted attention to papers of some biotechnological companies engaged in researches of stem cells.
As a result StemCells Inc. shares added +10,4 %, having hiked $0,32 up to $3,39 for a share. And Aastrom Biosciences papers added +6,7 %, having risen in price $0,10 up to $1,59 for a share.
Geron Corp. papers also showed growth, were up +3,3 %, or $0,28 to $8,66 for a share. And ViaCell shares rose in price +2,4 %, or $0,13 up to $5,64.
Besides taking into account that Democrats support programs on diversification of power resources of the country, investors began to buy up actively shares of the companies specializing in development of alternative energy sources.
As a result Plug Power shares were up +5,3 %, or $0,21 to $4,14 for a share. Ballard Power Systems shares added +8,7 %, or $0,58 up to $7,25, FuelCell Energy - +3,4 %, or $0,23 up to $6,95, and Energy Conversion Devices increased capitalization by +1,4 %, or $0,52 up to $38,21 for a share.
At the same time I believe that the Democrats can moderate appetites of a military-industrial lobby greatly and reduce volume of orders to leading enterprises of defense sector, investors started to dump their papers. As a result shares of Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman, General Dynamics and Ceradyne lost yesterday 1,2 %, 2,14 %, 2,1 % and 3,5 % accordingly.
After data on oil and mineral oil stocks were below analysts’ expectations oil future contracts rose in price. So, December future contract was up $0,90 and was closed at a level $59,83 a barrel.
And gold futures fell in price after results of elections in the USA were cleared up. The price of December future contract decreased $9,40 to $618,30 for ounce.
As a result Dow-Jones index of New York stock exchange was up 12.97 points and is at a level 12169.74. NASDAQ index grew 7.26 points and is at a level 2383.14. S&P 500 index climbed 2.38 points and is at a level 1385.22.
And 30-years US Treasury notes’ yield fell 0.026 in comparison with the previous closing and makes 4.730.
Despite yesterday's rise of key share indexes we recommend to wait for their descending correction. After end of this correction there is possible a long-term purchase of futures for Dow-Jones and S&P 500 indexes.
